Spiritual Direction is a journey to explore one’s spiritual path and true self alongside someone who is skilled in listening, in reflection, and in discernment; an exploration holding space to be vulnerable and to nurture one’s loving relationship with God (the divine Creator) in communion with the sacred Spirit.
